We offer five levels of squad swimming. Our goal for squad swimmers is to provide a training environment that allows each individual to succeed to their maximum ability, whether it is for competition or recreation.

The introductory squad level is Bronze. Students become competent in swimming 50m in all four strokes. They will complete drills that emphasise speed, endurance and technique.
– 30 minute session

Our Silver level has a greater emphasis on endurance as distances and times are increased. Developing stroke technique is still an important part of the training at this level.
– 45 minute session

As the swimmer continues to become stronger and faster, distances will continue to increase and the times for timed sets will decrease. They are required to regularly use the pace clock and follow written and verbal drills.
– 60 minute session

As the swimmer continues to become stronger and faster, distances will continue to increase and the times for timed sets will decrease. They are required to regularly use the pace clock and follow written and verbal drills.
– Sessions range from 75 to 90 minutes

As the swimmer continues to become stronger, faster and compete at a higher level, distances will continue to increase and the times for timed sets will decrease. They are required to regularly use the pace clock and follow written and verbal drills.
– 135 minute session
