Fees are paid by the calendar month and payment is due the first week of each month. All lessons within the month must be paid for. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. There are two options for payments:

Direct Debit
Payment is deducted monthly, on the first business day of each month from your nominated bank account or credit card. There are a number of benefits for those who pay swim school fees via direct debit including cheaper class prices, as well as the convenience of automatic deductions. Direct Debit Request Forms are available here if you wish to commence payment via direct debit.

All declined payments will incur a processing fee. Written notification, with at least 14 days notice prior to the end of the calendar month must be given if you wish to cancel payments by Direct Debit.

At Reception
We accept payment over the counter by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. Payment week for swim school fees occurs between the 1st and the 7th of each month.

Late Payments
Any outstanding fees must be paid by the last day of trading for the month. If there are fees outstanding after this time, a surcharge will be applied to the family account.
