Make Up Lessons

Make Up Policy
Should your child be absent from their lesson, we are happy to offer you a make up lesson. Make up lessons will only be available under the following circumstances:

• You have notified us of your absence prior to the lesson commencing
  • Notification must be made at a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the lesson commencing
  • Notification must be made via the customer portal
• Make up lessons are only valid for 60 days from the date of the original class
• Make up lessons can only be booked 24 hours in advance
  • Make up lessons can only be booked via the customer portal
• Make up lessons are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee preferred day, time, instructor or bookings for multiple children at the same time.
• Make up lessons can not be cancelled or changed
• You must have a current swim school booking in order to complete make up lessons
• Fees must be up to date
• No refunds or credit will given for missed classes
