If your child will be absent from swimming lessons for an extended period, and you wish to keep your swim school booking:
Payment
- You still need to pay for every lesson, no refunds or credits will be given for missed classes
- Any outstanding fees must be paid by the last day of trading for the month, otherwise a $20.00 late fee surcharge will be applied
Make up lessons
- You can do a make up lesson for every lesson that you are going to miss, providing the make up policy has been followed
- Make up lessons are only valid for 60 days from the date you have missed
- The make ups for missed classes can be taken before you go away (subject to availability)
We ask families to carefully consider if they will be able to complete multiple make up lessons within the required time frame, or be willing to forgo some make up lessons if you are unable to complete them.
If you do not wish to keep your booking under these conditions, you will need to cancel your permanent booking. If you choose to cancel your permanent booking:
- All outstanding fees must be paid before cancelling your booking
- Any outstanding make up lessons must be completed before you cancel your permanent booking – make up lessons are no longer valid once your booking is cancelled
- When you would like to rebook your lesson, we cannot guarantee the same time will be available for you. You will most likely have to be placed on a waitlist.
